Hello! I’m Megan Baute, a traditional artist from Windsor, Ontario, with a passion for capturing the quiet beauty of nature.

I work primarily in oil paint, creating wildlife and landscape paintings inspired by the peaceful moments that often go unnoticed—sunlight reflecting across water, the rich colours of a koi pond, the elegance of birds, and the changing seasons. I enjoy taking the time to build layers of colour and detail, creating paintings that invite viewers to slow down and appreciate the natural world.

Many of my original paintings are available as fine art prints, greeting cards, tote bags, and other products, making it easy to bring a little piece of nature into your home or share it with someone you love.
